A cornucopia isn’t just for Thanksgiving. The word ‘cornucopia’ comes from Latin. It means horn of plenty and it is a symbol of abundance and nourishment. It fits in perfectly with Easter, which is a celebration in the Christian faith. Plus it looks really cool. ;-)
You can pack your cornucopia with anything you want; traditionally it’s nuts and fruits. But in light of the occasion, try filling it with colorful Easter eggs or fruit and cheese or some Easter bunny rolls! (Recipe here.)
