Imagine your family sitting at the table for Easter brunch; everybody in their Sunday bests. The kids are head over heals excited about the afternoon’s big egg hunt. Then mom places on the table a basket of warm, adorable Easter bunny shaped rolls. The table goes silent except for the oohhs and aahhhs. You sit down and break open one of these mouth watering rolls and a cloud of steam rises. You spread the warmed butter and watch it melt into every nook and cranny. Then finally, you bite into your warm fresh baked roll (taking the poor bunny’s head off mind you) and your mouth explodes with the sumptuous richness of these delicious treats. Yep. A quick note on the recipe… After cutting the ears, try to round them with you fingers and press them down into the body. Otherwise you may end up with pointy ears that stick straight up. Also, you may want to try this out once before hand to practice getting the ears just right. Enjoy and Happy Easter!
