diy marble fence

Gardens are all about creating beautiful natural landscapes in your own back yard. We try to place a combination of different plants that complement each other with varying heights, colors, and textures. Garden art can also be a vital component in your garden when creating a “garden room.” Usually, when we think of garden art, we think of fountains, sculptures, wind chimes, etc. But there are plenty of other opportunities to get creative with your garden decor. For instance, try turning a boring old fence into a rainbow of colors with glass marbles. It’s not hard to do. All you need to do is drill some random holes in your fence. The holes should be just big enough so that the glass marbles can be squeezed into the holes. You don’t want them to be too big or you’ll lose your marbles (hee, hee). But seriously, if your holes are too big you’ll need to use a clear silicone adhesive to hold them in place.

Cheers!
