How cool is this amazing chair? Your kids will flip over this. Heck, I want one myself. It’s the work of Jefferson Woodworks from Catskill, New York. According to the folks at Jefferson, they started this project by building an adirondack chair using these plans from Ana White. Then it was a matter of prettying it up (so to speak) by adding the faux wheels, teeth, paint, and other accessories. Now, if you don’t want to bother building an adirondack chair from scratch, you can simply add the accessories to a pre-built chair. Just a little wood working and a little paint and you’ll be good to go. You can see Jefferson’s full photo log tutorial of the project on his Tow Mater Chair photo album.
Cheers!
